Our Octoberfest beer returns and it's the perfect transition for cool, fall nights around the fire. Malty and smooth, we brewed this beer with German malt and hops. A true german lager fermented cold for an easy drinking brew.

Brewed every Oct since 2017, we use 100 pounds of fresh, roasted autumn buckskin pumpkins grown in the fields of Filasky farms just off Bunker Hill Rd and local, artisan pie spice from Asabasa Spice Co. This ale requires a little extra elbow grease but it’s uniquely Middletown!
Brewed for our ninth year on Main Street. Pale, bone-dry, and stronger than it lets on. Lager yeast fermented cold and crisp, then loaded with Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Galaxy for white grape, lime, and tropical fruit over a firm, bitter finish.
Soft, hazy, and built for another round. Azacca, Citra, and Mosaic bring bright citrus, ripe mango, and berry over a smooth, oat-forward body. Full-flavored without the full-strength commitment.
The beer we brewed for the very first time on our ‘new to us’ 1.5 bbl equipment just hours after our Eagles won their very first Super Bowl. This German ale is brewed with Vienna malt and wheat with a touch of bitterness from German Mandarina Bavaria hops.
